We ship all New Zealand orders with New Zealand Couriers. This is a premium overnight service once your order has been dispatched.

Rural deliveries may take a little longer, usually up to four working days after dispatch.

All deliveries require a signature on receipt.

We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Please note that some items are made to order. These can take up to seven days to be ready for dispatch. If you are ordering for a specific date such as a birthday or upcoming travel, please email us as soon as possible and we will let you know the fastest timeframe we can offer.

Australia

We ship all Australian orders from New Zealand with DHL Express.

This is a premium overnight service once your order is ready for dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location.

All deliveries require a signature on receipt.

Orders shipped to Australia with a value over $1,000 AUD may incur import duties and taxes. These charges are set by Australian customs and are the responsibility of the recipient. Ahipao is unable to cover or predict these costs.

We use DHL for all international orders.
